For the past six years, our kids have been eating home cooked meals morning, noon and night. It started with blended fruits and vegetables, and has transformed into a broad menu of dishes that they love! With multiple food allergies, the kids needed prepared foods where ever we went. Whether it was on vacation, a trip to a local restaurant, or lunch on the lawn – they weren’t able to eat what was on the menu. So we made incredibly delicious meals and became creative about transporting them. Most times our kids eat better than we do! This blog is a journey, a collection of tips, and way to share the love we have for our kids…through food!
